SEWCs also produces one of the fastest growing cider brands in the region, Tennessee Cider Co. and our recently added 3rd brand, Old Mountain Wine Company. Beyond his professional endeavors, Aaron is an avid community advocate, generously volunteering his time and efforts to support youth and high school sports through fundraising and active involvement.

David has over 30 of years of experience in the beverage category. He spent nearly two decades with Coca-Cola and Nestle working in manufacturing, logistics, finance and brand development. He also has developed numerous consumer products from soups, to RTD sport drinks to cold pressed juices.

Brady has grown up in the business and is a native to the Gatlinburg, TN area. He has been an integral part of our company's growth and success, such as being named the #1 Winery in Tennessee. He provides a fresh and balanced view of the business with a keen eye for branding and merchandising for retail success.
Vice President of Operations and Club Manager
Chasity has over 20 years of experience in retail and personnel operations with more than 7 years within our system. She is a rare individual that can manage any area of our business. Chasity also leads our online sales efforts growing that business every year since inception.

This is a hard question to give a specific answer given the varying complexities of each individual project. The fastest turnaround for a new project would typically be about 8 weeks given the regulatory requirements and label/ingredient sourcing.
Absolutely! We have a state-of-the-art counter pressure manufacturing line that produces both carbonated hard ciders and sparkling wines. We currently cannot do champagne style bottles, but we are constantly adding new capabilities so please check-in with us.
We focus on projects that are 200 case runs and larger. Once your project terms are mutually agreed upon, we will required a 50% deposit prior to supplies being ordered. On completion, we will send a follow up 50% invoice. When payment is received, we’ll release your bottles for shipping!
Yes! We are happy to work with any vendors your prefer. We will work with them to be sure we understand their specifications and our quality requirements.
We are located in the heart of East Tennessee about an hour outside of Knoxville. We are the manufacturing arm of two of the biggest wine and cider brands in the State of TN and ship our products to over 40 States. We specialize in sweet wines and ciders but also make traditional dry offerings.
